Chocolate Peanut Butter Nut-Milkshake

Overview

This smoothie is loaded with protein and healthy fats. It’s creamy, rich and delicious while also keto-friendly with only 10 net carbs!  Ingredients in this blend are known to reduce inflammation, boost the immune system, improve brain cognition and mood, and protect against chronic diseases.  

Ingredients

1 cup nut milk 
1 avocado
2 tablespoons peanut butter
1 tablespoon cacao powder
Stevia to sweeten (I usually use 10-15 drops)
Optional- crushed ice
cacao powder
peanut butter
avocado

Instructions

Simply add all the ingredients in the blender, and blend!  The nut milk does not have to be homemade, although it will have less carbs and be free of any preservatives that way.
