Berry Avocado Keto Smoothie


This delicious smoothie recipe is nutritious, satiating, and keto-friendly with only 9 net carbs. It also boasts plenty of protein, healthy fats, and antioxidants. 


1 cup nut milk 
Half an avocado
1 tablespoon coconut oil
1/4 cup berries (strawberries, raspberries or blueberries)
Stevia to sweeten (I usually use 10-15 drops)
Optional- crushed ice
almond milk
yellow hibiscus


Simply add all the ingredients in the blender, and blend! The nut milk does not have to be homemade, although it will have less carbs and be free of any preservatives that way.
